DESCRIPTION:We expect that at the time of this session our local child support agencies will already have motion for judgment hearings on their court calendars to establish earning capacity. We will discuss best practices for preparing and presenting an earning capacity case to the court. This is a great opportunity to discuss procedural changes\, ask any questions you may have\, and learn from your colleagues statewide.
